katymoon.co.uk knows that you, our customers are the most important part of our business. If you enjoy our site, your shopping experience and the products you purchase from us, then you are more likely to keep coming back to us and also recommend us to others. 

We hope that your experience with us is a good one, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we would like you to contact us immediately so that we can sort out any issues for you in a timely manner.

You can also use any of these contact methods to make an appointment, for further information, design help, comments or feedback on our services and products.

If you wish to try any of our products before you buy, appointments are available Monday to Saturday from 9am - 6:30pm. If you are struggling to make these times, we do try to accomodate, so please ask if you do require a later appointment.
