Are all of your products handcrafted?
|
|
The base of the tiaras and the combs are manufactured and we buy these in as a starting point for the beautifully designed tiaras you see on the site. All other parts of the tiaras, combs and other accessories ( the decorative parts) are made by hand to a high quality finish.
|

What beads are used on your products?
|
|
The beads we use most often are the best quality Austrian Swarovski crystals and glass pearls. You can choose your own colour of crystals and pearls if the product shown does not suit your colour scheme. Check out our colour charts.
Other materials used include glass beads from spain, freshwater pearls, feathers, fabrics and other glass beads. Beads used will be outlined in the product description.
We are adding to our materials list on a regular basis, so if there is any specific material that you would like used on your hair accessories, please contact us.

What if I want different beads?
|
|
If there is a particular type of bead that you want rather than crystals and pearls, you can contact us and we will do our very best to source these to create a unique tiara for you, either using a design from our website or from ideas you give us.

What type of metal are the products made from?
|
|
We use either sterling silver, silver plate or gold tone metals. All product descriptions state the metal type that has been used on the product shown. However most of our products give you the choice, when you add to basket, to choose which metal you would like your accessory created in.

Where can I find further details on the products?
|
|
By clicking on the menu, eg. on tiaras, you will be taken to a page that shows our full collection of tiaras All of our tiaras are shown with a thumbnail picture and short text. If you click on the picture or further information you will be taken to the page for that particular product. Here you will find the description, options available, extra images and also the option to buy. If you still need more information, please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Where can I see larger images of your tiaras?
|
|
All of our products have larger images. If you click on further information for the product that you are interested in. This takes you to the page for that item only. There you will find a full description of the item with further images at the bottom of the page. Click on the first image and a lightbox will open up with a larger image. If you move your mouse to the top right of the lightbox, you will be given the option to go to the next image.

Can I have a tiara made to my own design?
|
|
We welcome your ideas and would love to make a unique tiara in your own design. Please contact us either to arrange an appointment (if you live in the Glasgow area) or send us pictures and/or descriptions of what you are looking for by email or post. You can also telephone us to discuss your ideas. We will then put some samples together for your approval before you purchase.

How do I place an order?
|
|
To order online click through to further information on the product you want and choose your metal. Then click on Buy Now. This will take you through to the secure server of Paypal where you can safely make your payment. You can open an account with paypal if you wish, however you do not have to open an account to make a payment.
You can also print off your order and post it to us along with a cheque for the full amount. Orders by post will only be dispatched after cheques have cleared. To print off your order form, go through the checkout process as above and you will be given the option to print.
You can also telephone us with your order. All telephone orders have to be followed up with payment either through paypal or by cheque. We do not take credit/debit card details over the phone. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

How soon should I place an order?
|
|
It is entirely up to you, however if you are purchasing any of our products for a special occassion, it would be wise to order at the very least six weeks before you need it to allow us the time to create it to the highest standard and to ensure it arrives with you in plenty of time.
If you do need something in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our very best to deliver in the time required.

How long after purchase will I receive my product?
|
|
Due to the fact that all of our products are handmade to order, you should allow 4weeks for delivery. At busy periods, this may increase to 6weeks. This gives us the time to ensure that your product is created to the highest possible standard.
We will send you an email to inform you of the expected date of delivery. We do accept urgent orders but there will be a small charge for this service, so please order early to avoid disappointment.
Children's hair accessories can be created in a lot less time, We can usually dipatch within one to two weeks, however as above, we do have very busy periods, so please order early to avoid disappointment and if you are in a hurry please contact us and we will do our very best to get your accessories to you in plenty of time.

What if my tiara arrives damaged?
|
|
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during transit, contact us by telephone or email within 2days of delivery, the sooner the better, and return it to us within 7days of delivery in all the original packaging. We will do everything in our power to create a new tiara for you, before your big day.
|
|
Will you exchange a product
|
|
We know that you will love your chosen hair accessory, however we also realise that it can be difficult to know what suits you before you have tried it and are therefore more than happy to exchange products for you if you decide you would prefer a different design.
If you do want to exchange your design. Telephone us within two days of receiving your product and return it with all the original packaging within 7days.
Please be aware, that we will not pay for postage either way on returned items and will have to charge postage again when we send out your new design.
